Thank you for shopping with us! Since all of our products are made-to-order, please note that our production and shipping times may vary. We appreciate your patience as each item is carefully crafted just for you.

Production Time: All orders are made-to-order, and production typically takes 5 to 7 business days. This allows us to ensure each item meets our quality standards and is customized to your specifications. Please note that production time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time: Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification along with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. On average, shipping takes 5 to 8 business days.

Shipping Rates: Economy Shipping is FREE on ALL orders! :) 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.

Delays: While we strive to ship all orders promptly, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or strikes). We cannot be held responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
